Mrs. Robinson was born December 14, 1954, in Jackson Heights, NYC, the daughter of the late William and Jean Kozma Fowler Sr.. She graduated from Deposit Central High School. Bayne worked as a Homemaker.

Mrs. Robinson is survived by her husband, William Robinson; a son William (Brandy) Robinson II; two sisters, Donna (Don) Peasley, Ruth Fowler; two grandchildren Kali and Adrianna; and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, James Robinson, and her brother, Bill Fowler, Jr.
