Clyde--Frank W. Sebastiano, 77, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2026, at Highland Hospital.

Friends may call from 3-5PM on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at Baris Funeral Home, 87 West Genesee St., Clyde, NY 14433.  A funeral service will follow at 5PM at the funeral home.  Burial will be at the NYS Veterans Cemetery-Finger Lakes.

Frank was born in Lyons, on Nov. 4, 1948, the son of the late Patsy and Gertrude Watson Sebastiano.  He was a graduate of Clyde High School, Class of 1968.  After High School, He served his country, in the US Army, He served in Vietnam.  After the Service, he started working in construction before taking a job with Goulds Pumps.  He retired after almost 40 years.  He was a past school board member of the Clyde-Savannah School Board.  He was a former Member of the American Legion and a past Commander of the Clyde VFW Post 947.  An honor which he held several times.  He was a devoted family man. 

He is survived by his wife Mary; three children Nicole Mastrangelo, Sara (Scott) Skinner, and Jeremy (Kellie) Sebastiano;  five grandchildren Jenna, Mason, Maddix, Ryder, Elise Sebastiano;  a brother Ray (Margo) Sebastiano; a sister Pearl Sebastiano.  He was predeceased by three siblings Marion Arliss, Lee and Pat Sebastiano.
